My Approach to Helping
Children and adults come to counseling for very different reasons. I am here to partner alongside you and be a safe place to let down your walls and move towards a healthier life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in individual therapy with children, teens and adults. I specialize in EMDR therapy and working with adolescents who have challenging behaviors, low self-esteem, or anxiety & depression clouding their life. I am trained in grief, trauma & crisis and EMDR. I look forward to meeting you and working with you toward your goals.
My experience includes: working with adults & adolescents through behavioral challenges, trauma, depression and anxiety. I help families develop healthier relationships and adults feel empowered to live a life free of trauma responses. I am here to build you up so you can confidently manage your own mental health on your own one day.
