As a person who has watched her own family struggle with addiction and other mental health issues, Alexandria has the understanding and experience to help you navigate your way through life.
Alexandria Lodick is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) with over 7 years of professional experience working with teens, adults, and seniors with issues related to substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, marriage, and family issues. Alexandria is a recent graduate of Liberty University and is currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) and is in the process of becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She is a former military spouse, a mom of 2, a full-time step-mom of 2, and a wife of 8 years. Thanks to her professional and personal experiences, she's able to provide the support that her clients need. Alexandria uses multiple treatment approaches which include but are not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solutions-focused therapy. Life will take you up and down but Alexandria is confident that she can help you navigate the issues that you may have as long as you are ready to grow and heal.
