My Approach to Helping
I am skilled in treating a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, self-esteem, PTSD. My niche has become primarily and passionately supporting & advocating for mental healthiness; I genuinely aim to promote and support healthy relationships with yourself first & then love ones. Through my diverse experiences of working with adults 21+ through 65+, my approach includes, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (support in increasing positive thoughts and behaviors towards selfothersworld), self empowerment, goal oriented therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness meditation and breathing, as well as trauma informed care.
