My Approach to Helping
I enjoy providing support for young adults and adults looking to improve interpersonal and relationship skills, cope with symptoms of anxiety and depression, decrease patterns of perfectionism, address poor body image, increase self-worth, and address attachment related issues.
I use a relational, strengths-based, and whole person approach that focuses on building an authentic and trust-based therapeutic relationship with you wherever you are in your journey. Together we will explore your unique life experiences and your family of origin in order to heal painful patterns and build self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-responsibility.
