My Approach to Helping
Erin Fly is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 3 years of experience in the field of mental health. She often works with teens, adults, and seniors who have dual diagnoses such as addiction and mental illness and specializes in depression, anxiety, grief, and other diagnoses such as trauma and PTSD. Erin graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In her approach, she uses person-centered therapy (PCT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing (MI) in an integrative approach based on the client’s needs. Erin's goal is to create a safe space for her clients. She aims to help her clients feel comfortable opening up about their struggles and to make sure the client feels seen, heard, and most importantly listened to. Erin is available to support you and even teach you skills to learn from and get through life's challenges. If you are ready to get started, please schedule an appointment with her today.
