My Approach to Helping
I'm a social justice oriented, somatic therapist. This means that I support folks therapeutically through body based mindfulness and by exploring ways that your socio-cultural identities (i.e. race, gender, class, religion . . . and many more) impact your mental health, as these aspects of you are a part of a larger system that can have a real effect on your well-being. I tend to let my clients lead the way in their healing journey while also providing support, perspective, and therapeutic insight.
