Within that framework, I do family systems and family-of-origin work, object relations therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy,narrative therapy, and reality therapy, among others.
I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals dealing with fear, abuse, neglect, grief, and life transitions. My trauma work focuses on relational trauma from family of origin, which often results in feelings of unworthiness, chronic guilt, emotional numbness, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and difficulty with attachment.
