What's My Approach to Therapy?

I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals dealing with fear, abuse, neglect, grief, and life transitions. My trauma work focuses on relational trauma from family of origin, which often results in feelings of unworthiness, chronic guilt, emotional numbness, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and difficulty with attachment.

Using evidence-based, body-mind therapies—eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Inner Child Therapy, internal family systems (IFS), and somatic focusing—I tailor each approach to your unique needs for optimal healing. My clients describe feeling deeply accepted, safe, and empowered in their work with me, gaining valuable insights and tools to support their own mental health long-term.

Online appointments available (limited openings).
There is hope and relief—let’s work together to support your healing.
