More Info About My Practice

My fee is $125 for a 50-minute session. I am considered an "out-of-network provider" by most insurance companies. This means that your insurance company could reimburse you for a portion of this fee or apply it to your deductible. Contact your insurance company to find out more about this benefit.

I occasionally reduce my fee for patients who cannot afford the full cost of therapy. If this is true for you, feel free to ask me about this possibility.

My Therapy Focus

Our early relationships play important roles in who we become as adults. As we live our lives, there are patterns to our relationships and our actions. Insight into where these patterns and reactions started can open the door to change. Through Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, we will work together to understand your early experiences and your current relationships and then, how each of these impacts who you are today. We will also look at your feelings and interactions in my office to better understand your relationships outside of my office. Developing this greater self-awareness can free you to approach your life in a whole new way.
