I believe everyone should have access to good counseling. I've been in private practice for 8 years and typically use a cognitive-behavioral approach, although eclectic may best describe my skills. I have a passion for helping others and was an elementary teacher for 7 years before going into the counseling field. I thoroughly enjoy interacting with individuals of all ages, couples and families.

More Info About My Practice

I am considered an out-of-network provider with most insurance carriers which means clients may get reimbursed for their out-of-pocket expense minus their copay. I also offer a sliding fee scale, as I believe everyone should have access to good counseling. This scale is based on one's annual income and the number of people living in the home. Please contact me for more information.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I'm particularly skilled in helping with children, although I enjoy working with people of all ages.
