Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I work with a wide range of symptoms and concerns that people express when they come in for therapy. Some of these symptoms and concerns may be depression, anxiety, fears, worries, grief and loss, obsessions, compulsions and addictive issues. These symptoms and concerns often are seen in multiple areas of your life. Struggles may occure within your relationships at home with your partner, your children, within your work life, with extended family members and/or in establishing new relationships in your life. These symptoms and concerns may also complicate how you provide care for yourself.
The important factor in your symptoms and concerns is that they are unique to you. While working with you in therapy, my approach to therapy is tailored to who you are and the meaning your concerns have to you in your life.
