I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been a therapist since 1992 and in private practice since 1999. In 2015, I founded Lotus Point Wellness, Inc. which is a culmination of my vision of creating a holistic and integrative approach to wellbeing. By bringing together counseling, nutrition and yoga, we have been able to provide a unique, holistic and comprehensive approach to wellbeing that offers counseling and wellness services devoted to helping you find more contentment in your life. We can support you, your relationship and/or your family in developing close relationships, healthy connections to yourself and others and learning how to take care of your mind, body and spirit from the inside out.
We work to create a supportive environment of empathy, trust, confidence and success. This allows you, your relationship or your family to work at a pace and comfort level that supports discovery about the connection between mind, body and spirit and towards creating your own vision for a contented, well lived life.

More Info About My Practice
Although we don't participate with any insurance plan, we work to make our services affordable and provide receipts for clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement. Because we are an integrative practice and unique in this, we believe that the services we offer are well worth the cost and will, hopefully, help you achieve your goals quicker than more traditional therapy.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love working with individuals and couples, in particular, because of the transformation I see when you recognize the relationship between how you feel, physically, and how this affects your moods, outlook on life and relationships. Being able to help you develop self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-confidence in your abilities to manage your situation is a humbling experience and I am always awed by my clients' willingness to be vulnerable and open to the process and the trust they put in me and the work we do. Being able to share my expertise and use of self to support the process of change has been inspiring and rewarding.
