Perhaps you are using food, work, or an unhealthy relationship to avoid or numb painful feelings? Using a psycho-spiritual approach and experiential techniques beyond basic talk therapy, I create a safe space helping clients heal and remove the blocks that are keeping them from living a joy-filled life. This approach supported me in my own process of healing from depression and an eating disorder. I now feel committed to sharing these techniques with my clients, which I have been happily doing for over 10 years.

I specialize in: Relationship Issues, Depression, Food/Weight Issues, Anxiety and the LGBTQ Community. My clients learn to access their own authentic voice which leads to a greater sense of peace and fulfillment. Please feel free to contact me for a free 20 minute consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!
