My Approach to Helping is based in treating each person as the unique individual they are. We all have strengths and it is important to use those in developing the right approach to healing. Old patterns get in the way our becoming our best selves. I want to help you resolve those old patterns. Looking at each person holistically helps to creating a unique and specific plan to achieve growth. As a Certified EMDR Therapist we can help you get past your past. Working on trauma, big or little, is live changing.

More Info About My Practice

I am an out-of-network provider for all PPO insurance. If you are working with your insurance company I will supply you with the information you need to get reimbursement. I am happy to provide a free 20 minute phone consultation. I will also respond to your questions via email or phone.

Often we have coping skills which aren't working for us. I enjoy teaching new coping skills and ending non healthy patterns. I work with a lot of people who are dealing with anxiety. I enjoy working with teens and adults. I enjoy doing couples work using EFT.
