During your life there may be times when you can benefit from working with a therapist that is objective, nonjudgmental, and caring. Whether it's a challenging relationship or fear and anxiety that prevent you from living the life you want, support and clarification can really empower and motivate you to make changes that lead to better mental and physical health.

I am happy to discuss your questions over the phone. Meeting with a therapist is the best way to know if he or she is the right choice and best fit for you. I have found that the therapeutic relationship, when strong, creates the greatest change.

My patients and colleagues have shared with me their appreciation of my heartfelt concern for them and ability to communicate with sincerity and compassion. I provide a space where my patients can feel safe and comfortable talking about the painful and the wonderful.

More Info About My Practice

I am a Medicare provider.
For all other insurance companies, I am an out-of-network provider. If you decide to utilize your insurance to help supplement your therapy fee, I can submit claims for you. Most PPO insurance plans pay out of network benefits and some of my patients successfully utilize it.

My Role as a Therapist

My role as a therapist is to provide a safe, caring and nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself with honesty and courage. This will allow me to ask important questions, make comments that may help you see something differently, and reflect what you are feeling and thinking so that you are able to begin to really know who you are and what you need. When you know yourself better, and on a more deeper level, you are better able to make decisions for yourself that will help you live a more happy, peaceful, and healthy life. A therapist helps people see things differently or more clearly so that they can make changes that are right for them. Everyone is unique and when a decision is good for one person it does not mean that same decision would be right for someone else. Everyone's life and journey is unique. The answers are inside you. Are you ready to celebrate your life?
