I am experienced in helping individuals and couples work towards balance and health.

My View on the Nature of 'Disorders'

I believe that we are shaped by our environments and our biology.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

There are no rules for how long successful therapy should take. The client determines when his or her needs have been met. I expect most clients to have some relief from their presenting problems within the first three sessions. Some individuals opt for brief, solution-oriented sessions that target immediate symptom relief. Others embark on longer courses of counseling designed to facilitate both skill building and self-discovery.
