I help children, adults, and adolescents cope with a range of life experiences. We all need support. I offer that through my work, offering family, group, and individual counseling. I personalize the therapy experience, customizing my approach to each individual or family. I work to help you uncover your unique goals and strengths, so you can move closer to the life you want.

This experience is different for everyone. For example, I include play therapy for families with younger children, or writing or narrative therapies for those who express themselves better in that medium. Others want and need a counseling experience with a more relational approach.

Anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance use, and trauma are some of my areas of specialty.

I completed my Master's of Social Work at the University of Michigan. I now work in Dearborn, with a sliding scale price based on your specific situation and needs.
