I work with individuals who are experiencing everyday life stressors (unemployment, divorce, and grief) as well as individuals who have experienced major life disruptions (sexual and/or physical abuse, domestic violence, and addiction) and mental health issues (anxiety, posttraumatic stress, depression, and bi-polar disorder).
I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and will strive to create a personalized treatment plan to fit your individual need. I use an integrative approach to therapy using techniques from several different counseling theories, because there is no "one size fits all" treatment plan in counseling
