My Approach to Helping

Are you experiencing difficulties in your relationships or work? Feeling stuck and unfulfilled? If you are having feelings of anger, guilt or sadness, therapy can be a great asset during trying times. Choosing this journey is challenging, yet rewarding. For many, it becomes a safe place to explore and understand yourself in ways too scary to try with friends and family.

Through a supportive, trusting relationship, we can help to uncover patterns of thinking, feeling and acting that are keeping you from reaching your full potential. Self-discovery of the past and present can help pave the way for effectively coping with stress, connecting with others and pursuing the life you want.
