I have a profound belief in the Oneness of life. From this perspective, I weave together psychology and spirituality as a way of helping you reconnect with the deeper parts of your Self. Concerns such as lack of meaning, addiction or compulsion, and feelings of depression or anxiety, are messages from your psyche that something important within you needs attention. Your underlying experience may be a feeling of separation, loneliness, fear or self-doubt. No matter what you are experiencing at the present time or what has occurred in your life, there is a place within you that has never been harmed and that is perfect, whole and complete. Psychotherapy involves "peeling the layers of the onion," to release ways of acting, reacting, and interacting that no longer serve you. Old patterns, wounds and fears may be healed to reveal who you truly are. Through attention, love and acceptance, these old ways of being may be transformed into open-heartedness, joy and peace. In our work together, my clients often experience a renewed sense of connection to themselves, others, life and Spirit.

I bring 19 years of experience, knowledge and non-judgmental presence to the therapeutic relationship. I believe that the relationship we develop helps facilitate your growth and healing. I have a Jungian, Transpersonal and Relational perspective. In addition to "talk therapy" we may use dreamwork, sandplay, art and movement to access and express the deeper parts of your Self. I hold an integrated mind-body-spirit awareness.
