My Approach to Helping
I believe that people can experience movement towards more whole and satisfying relationships to self, significant others and the world at large. My background and general approach combine 25 years of corporate strategic marketing and management experience with a warm, energetic, safe, interactive and solutions oriented approach to Psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy is one of warmth, empathy, insight and a focus on goal setting. My training is rooted in traditional psychotherapy models (psychodynamic, family systems, developmental) with an emphasis on somatic, experiential and humanistic approaches.
