My Approach to Helping
Are you at the end of your rope? Do you have a conflicted relationship? Are you in crisis? The good news is there is hope and help is available. In a safe and nurturing environment, I will collaborate with you to help you feel unburdened and access your inner strengths to deal with your problem, troubled relationship or crisis.
I work with adolescents and adults with a broad range of problems. My professional interests are (but are not limited to) anxiety/depression, grief/bereavement, relationship counseling, parenting, trauma/abuse, eating disorders, sex addiction/compulsivity and men���¢Ã�¯Ã�¿Ã�½Ã�¯Ã�¿Ã�½s issues. My approach to counseling is eclectic. I use experiential, psychodynamic, family systems, and humanistic approaches when working with teens and adults.
With collaboration, trust, and an individualized plan I will help you to heal, find meaning in your life, feel satisfied and have more rewarding relationships.

Regular Fee $75.00
Reduced Fee for the appointment hours of 9 am and 10 am - $55.00/session.
No Charge Depression Screen - Please call for your no charge depression screening.
Insurances Accepted - Aetna, Beech Street, Behavioral Health Systems, ComPsych, Multiplan. Please contact your Insurance Co./HMO for prior authorization.
