There are many master's level therapists (LMHT, LMFT, etc.), but few actual doctors of psychology. I graduated magna cum laude from Rollins College with degrees in both Psychology and Philosophy, and hold a Master's degree and a Doctorate Degree in Psychology. I was recently honored with a personal invitation to speak at the Harvard Faculty Club as part of the Symposium of Leaders in Personal Development, Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, in 2016 and again in 2017. I am highly trained to help you!

I have helped thousands of people, from ages 4 - 90. If you have anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, or just feel stuck, therapy can help you. To make you feel more comfortable with my experience, please know that I provided counseling and supervised 10 clinicians for 4 years with children grades K through 12 in the Osceola school system; I have provided counseling in a women's shelter, with all branches of the military, and in a locked inpatient facility. The purpose of psychotherapy is to help you challenge and remove any self-limiting beliefs that you may not see. Sometimes that entails resolving past hurts and wounds, this time for good. Seeing people become happier and more fulfilled and content is why I do what I do.

I was able, at the age of 37, to completely change my life. I decided to start college - yes, START college at that age. I even had to take the SAT! Slowly, but surely I changed my life and am now happier and more fulfilled than I ever dreamed possible. I am a huge believer that is it NEVER too late to have a happy life. I LOVE helping people remove the roadblocks that are holding them back. Some times it is just a simple negative belief that we have to smash through.
