My Approach to Helping

Are you suffering from anxiety or depression? Are you feeling you lack meaning and purpose in life? Do you feel isolated and lonely? Have you ever experienced sexual or emotional abuse only to be told never to tell anyone? Have you experienced the loss of a child or loved one? Are you struggling in your closest relationships? I can help you work through these issues. As a compassionate and skillful therapist I have helped many client's move from a place where they felt stuck and hopeless to a place where they find life meaningful again. Let me help you live!
In my private practice I see individuals and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and trauma. I specialize in working with women who are survivors of sexual abuse and with women in midlife who are suffering from anxiety.
Walk and Talk therapy is a unique feature that I offer for those who are interested in combining physical exercise in a country setting with therapy. I consider it a privilege and honor to journey with those who have the courage to face some of life's toughest battles.
