My Approach to Helping
I am a licensed Psychologist and Certified Imago Therapist with 25 years of experience working with individuals and couples. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression and relationship concerns. My style is collaborative, active, educational and insight oriented. A primary focus of my therapy is expanding a client's consciousness and understanding of dysfunctional beliefs in order to facilitate choice and change. The goal of the work is to utilize appropriate skills and resources to assist clients in cultivating greater self awareness and the emotional freedom to engage in more rewarding behaviors individually and with friends and family.
