My Approach to Helping
I specialize in the effective treatment of: Anxiety, excessive worrying, low self-esteem, panic attacks, shyness, obsessive and compulsive behaviors, stress, coming out, shame & guilt, break-ups, HIV, depression, trauma, abuse, immigrants/ex-pats, and lowering barriers to a richer and fuller life. I use mindfulness based COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY, ACCEPTANCE AND COMMITMENT THERAPY, HYPNOSIS, and EMDR.

My approach is active, collaborative and aimed at achieving your goals, not mine. My style is non-judgmental, relaxed and supportive. Most of my clients are successful individuals seeking help with stress, anxiety, fears, panic, worries, relationship difficulties, or career/job issues.
