My Approach to Helping
My effort is to provide a supportive environment to assist the exploration of ways that you can improve your life. My experience includes working with clients who are seeking to; improve their relationships, challenged by depression and/or anxiety, recovering from sexual abuse and other trauma, dealing with divorce and/or blended family issues grieving the loss of a loved one and hoping to gain self-confidence. Another area of focus that is growing in my practice is working with MFT interns looking forward to personal growth as they accumulate hours for licensure. I also have experience facilitating support groups including general support, parental support and sexual abuse recovery support.
