My Approach to Helping
My effort is to provide a supportive environment to assist the exploration of ways that you can improve your life. My experience includes working with clients who are seeking to improve their relationships, challenged by depression and/or anxiety, recovering from trauma (including sexual abuse), grieving the loss of a loved one, dealing with divorce and/or blended family issues, and hoping to gain self-confidence. I also have experience facilitating support groups including general support, parenting and sexual abuse recovery groups.
