My Approach to Helping
My effort is to provide a supportive environment to assist the exploration of ways that you can improve your life. My experience includes working with clients who are seeking to improve their relationships, recovering from trauma, dealing with divorce and/or blended family issues, challenged by depression and/or anxiety, wanting to increase their self-confidence, and grieving the loss of a loved one. I also have experience facilitating support groups including general support, parental support and sexual abuse recovery support.
