I have helped clients process complex sexual trauma and emotional abuse, neglect and abandonment. I also work with depression, anxiety, loss and attachment issues, as well as Chronic and Terminal illnesses such as Epilepsy, Breast cancer.

Therapy is a very intimate process. I work to provide my clients with a safe, trusting environment to be able to gain the depth, understanding and awareness needed to feel resolution, and healing through their hurt. Although often difficult, the choice to bring yourself to counseling is a brave beginning when issues have consistently rippled thru many areas of life.
