My Approach to Helping

I encourage and support individuals and couples in living an authentic lifestyle and find an inner sense of purpose and direction. I offer clarity, hope, and insight to the difficult areas in your life. My style is focused and collaborative, helping clients to change dysfunctional patterns of behavior, improve communication and create solutions. Sometimes, you just can't 'get over' a problem. I help you 'get through' the problem so that you can gain more awareness and learn from what life brings you.

More Info About My Practice

I provide tools to help individuals and couples cope with immediate stressors and work toward deeper personal growth. I support and educate clients in achieving more satisfying and productive individual, relational, familial and professional lives while providing sensitivity and awareness of a persons unique background. Some of the issues I can help you address in therapy are overcoming negative thoughts, improving communication skills, developing loving relationships, becoming more decisive and assertive, finding balance between work and family, or overcoming feelings of depression and anxiety.
