My Approach to Helping
In today's hectic world, we often forget our true nature and end up feeling stuck, tired, lonely, anxious, and discontent.

At times we all need extra support and help with overcoming difficulties. If you notice yourself repeating the same negative patterns, unable to achieve the goals you set for yourself, in relationships that do not seem to work out, or just feeling lonely, anxious, empty, numb, or angry, I can help you gain clarity and a direction for growth.

As a holistic and depth-oriented therapist, my role is to support my clients in finding wholeness ? mind, body, and spirit. I help my clients find their authentic voice by learning to listen not only their thoughts, but to their body. Over time, this mind-body re-connection leads to healing through self-expression and empowerment.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Psychotherapy is a process of guided self-exploration and discovery that happens within the relationship between client and therapist. Many of us no longer need the walls we built to protect ourselves but would never risk taking them down alone - YOU do not have to do it alone. I work with clients to move into freer self-expression for the purpose of healing.

My Therapy Focus

Everyone is unique and one approach does work for everyone. Therefore, I tailor my approach by looking at the entire person, rather than a disorder or label. My professional and personal journey has led me to include the use of creativity, and mind-body techniques to surpass traditional "talk" therapy when appropriate. I use a creative blend of conventional and contemporary approaches tailored to fit the unique needs and strengths of each individual. My clinical approach is engaged, compassionate, creative, and practical. I use a gentle, interactive, collaborative, and experiential approach to help you find your authentic voice.
