My Approach to Helping
I'm highly effective at working with clients experiencing relational conflict in their families, marriages, premarital lives and businesses. I specialize in relational conflicts, parent/teen conflict, depression and life transitions. I have a Master's degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and a nurse practitioner degree from New York University. With 22 years of life experience as a wife and mother of two teenagers, I can understand the challenges of today's families. The unique combination of clinical experience as an obstetric/gynecology nurse practitioner and MFT intern allows for a caring, holistic and solution focused approach to helping others. I feel energized when working collaboratively with families, individuals and couples in their life journeys toward resolution and happiness. My nature is kind, respectful, openly honest and positive. My enthusiasm for helping others comes from my deep desire to connect and inspire clients toward their goals for a better quality of life. It would be an honor to assist you on the journey.
