My Approach to Helping

Life is sometimes scary and often difficult. It takes courage to begin the process of trying to make changes. I really honor the effort of my clients.

Most people come to therapy with a need to be heard. I am an empathetic listener who desires to help each individual or couple to function in the best way possible within the framework of their lives. I believe in HOPE and HEALING and want to help you find that.

My fee is $100 a session. I can give you a form to submit to your insurance company for a claim, if desired.

What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process

I talk to my clients about safety and that we will work to establish it in my therapy room. I never push beyond their ability, and they are always in control of what is happening in the room. I absolutely encourage a collaborative effort in therapy, and encourage my clients to ask me questions about what is taking place through out their treatment time.
