What's My Approach to Therapy?
You're Not a Diagnosis
Our healthcare industry is trapped by medical coding and insurance systems; it's simple and easy. But people aren't simple or easy, and trying to fit everyone into a list of categorical boxes is ineffective at best, and harmful at worst.
My mission is to treat you as a whole person, integrating the many aspects of your life and wellness together to help you achieve real progress. The key to this is to connect the parts of your life that were always meant to be joined: your mind, your body, and your faith.
Whether you need a safe space to say what you've never said, a sounding board to bounce ideas off of, or a source of new questions, I want to work with you to explore new perspectives and learn who you were, who you are now, and who you want to become.
In this world of infinite possibility, invest in yourself, and learn to trust yourself by finally following through on the life you imagine. I will be with you as you take each step forward.

Our Mission
Society Needs to Restore, Rebuild, and Heal
At Exodus, we believe there are natural elements of therapy and counseling within nearly every aspect of daily life and the fabric of society. Your family, your school, your church, your workplace, and the relationships with other good people you make who become friends, confidants, and advisors. However, the collapse of the family unit in American culture has weakened societal structure terribly, damaging the fabric of society and leading to the deterioration of morals and ethics, healthy relationships, and faith. This has caused tremendous pain to millions of people who feel disconnected from their purpose, their loved ones, and even themselves.
Modern Challenges are Overwhelming
More than ever before, challenges face the everyday Americans who are trying to grow into the Christians they were meant to be. For the modern American striving to live the life God has called them to, to raise their children to be Good people in a troubled world, to build their marriage eternally, and more, they experience untold stressors and forces every hour of every day. And few of us have the resources we need to stay on track, to make progress, and grow through these challenges. We all need good counsel in our lives.
Faith-Informed Clinical Counseling and Integrated Therapy is the Solution
That's why Exodus Counseling exists - to guide, to mentor, to counsel, and to provide therapy when needed, to help people work through the problems they face until they can continue on their own. We believe in actionable, honest counseling that integrates the pieces of your life together into a clear alignment and that empowers you to become the person God meant you to be.
