My Approach to Helping
I believe that people have the ability to change, and that change comes from the choices we decide to make. I believe that people make this change with perseverance, determination, and courage, and that people sometimes have difficulty in knowing they have a choice. This is difficult to do alone, as we all need a guide, partner, or mentor who can help us along the middle path to the answers we seek.
My practice involves a cognitive-behavioral approach to help: *COUPLES with issues from communication problems to sexual difficulties; *INDIVIDUALS suffering from relationship and family problems, anxiety, and depression, and anger management problems
