My Approach to Helping

-relationship counseling (I emphasize working on communication issues and having the focus on your influence in the relationship and what you can change)
-anxiety & stress (my focus is on taking a look at unhealthy thought patterns and helping my clients learn skills to change those patterns).
I believe that people have the ability to change, and that change comes from the choices we decide to make. I believe that people make this change with perseverance, determination, and courage, and that people sometimes have difficulty in knowing they have a choice.
