My Approach to Helping

I offer affordable counseling and evening appointments. I accept Aetna, Blue/Cross Blue Shield, Tricare, and CorpHealth. I also accept private pay. My rates are $85.00 per session. If you have a different insurance plan, many plans will reimburse a certain percentage for out-of-network providers. I believe that we each have the ability to make healthy choices and focus on changes for individual growth. Counseling is a process for understanding one's self and others and learning more effective ways to communicate and learn self-love. My approach to helping others is to provide empathy and teach coping strategies so that one may be able to face current and future challenges more effectively. The therapy approach used is a direct approach that focuses on finding solutions, modifying behavior and learning how to cope with a variety of personal issues.
