My Approach to Helping

All humans have the opportunity and the power to improve the quality of their lives by improving the quality of their relationships, starting with the relationship with themselves. The stress factors in our lives (anxiety, fears, depressions, life events, etc.)can be managed through leveraging our (sometimes) hidden strengths. Relationship with others can be dramatically improved by reviewing and redefining such relationships in an actual and appropriate context, and through personal growth. By achieving a better spiritual-emotional balance, inner peace can be experienced, and make the earthly journey more pleasurable and more rewarding.

 

 

Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance

The client needs to feel that he can trust the therapist, and that the therapist is hearing him or her attentively, and with empathy and genuine curiosity. I have been able to meet such client's expectations by leveraging my spiritually-developed virtues, such as pacience, compassion, respect, and willingness to help human beings that look for my expertise. My personal long experience dealing with different cultures, particularly in Latin America and North America, has enhanced my ability to interact and help my clients.
