What's My Approach to Therapy?

You made it! Welcome to my profile, where I am happy to serve your needs with safety, empathy, and support. Whether you're navigating life transitions, mental health challenges, or seeking faith-based guidance, I meet each client where they are to honor their unique story.

My approach is flexible and tailored to you, combining proven methods, like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), with deeper exploration to help you manage symptoms, build resilience, and create a more fulfilling, balanced life.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a space where your emotions and spiritual beliefs can be honored, I’m here to listen and walk with you. I warmly invite you to reach out whenever you feel ready.

I'm able to see clients after December 1, 2025.

Groups I Work With

I work with adults and adolescents grappling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and peer relationships. In the beginning, we will gather a personal history to understand your present concerns and create a treatment plan to address them and empower you. Our focus will be a solution-oriented one that grants you currently relevant skills for long-term improvement.

My treatment is rooted in evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and branches out into other techniques as needed for the client. I integrate culturally considerate approaches that account for personal identity, life stages, and faith. The process of determining your plan is collaborative—together, we decide what is most appropriate.
