I work with adults and adolescents grappling with depression, anxiety, boundaries, life transitions, peer relationships, and more. In the beginning, we will gather a personal history to understand your present concerns and create a treatment plan to address them and empower you. Our focus will be a solution-oriented one that grants you currently relevant skills for long-term improvement. My treatment is rooted in evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and branches out into other techniques as needed for the client. I integrate culturally considerate approaches that account for personal identity, life stages, and faith. The process of determining your plan is collaborative—together, we decide what is most appropriate.
