My experience ranges in helping adults, adolescents and children with mood disorders, severe mental illness, or disruptive behavioral disorders. I apply Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a variety of other techniques necessary to provide an individually tailored approach. With me, you'll find culturally considerate interventions that account for personal identity, life stages, and faith.
