My therapeutic style is client centered, strength-based, wellness-oriented, and non-judgmental. I believe in the relationally emergent nature of human experience, which means that people develop and grow through and by relational connections. My interventions are informed by a recognition that people develop and exist in a variety of global, social, cultural, and personal contexts that shape and impact their lives. My approach seeks to help people to heal towards wholeness, restore to sustainable, violence free ways of life, and to empower themselves to manifest their personal flow which is the ability to move freely, steadily, and joyfully in life.
More Info About My Practice
Have you dedicated your life to helping others but can't even do your own self-care? Can't seem to move beyond that traumatic experience or abusive relationship? Then you might be ready to heal toward wholeness, restore to more sustainable, violence-free ways of life, and re-establish your flow (i.e. moving steadily and joyfully in the world). I help people live powerfully and authentically in the midst of their lives! It doesn't matter who you are...professional woman...person of color...survivor of violence...member of either LGBT or Kink community...progressive Christian...if you are ready to change your life, I might be able to help.
