Exploring the intersection of mind, body and spirit are also an important part of therapy. I have found that greater awareness of this intersection opens the door to mindful living. Personal practice paired with the lessons I've learned from clients have offered me a glimpse at the potential of living in the moment. Energy focused on the past often leads to regret and depression. Energy focused on the future often leads to fear and anxiety. A present moment focus opens the door to intimate connection, greater awareness and joy!
