My Approach to Helping
Living the dream? Others may think so, but inside you feel like there is something missing in your life. You wonder about the purpose of your life. You may feel alone, hopeless, stuck, or stressed. You are smart and successful, yet you have not been able to move from this unfulfilled, empty spot to create new space of inner peace and joy. You find yourself searching for a safe place to explore your options and enrich your life & relationships.

In my practice, I guide you as you openly explore yourself and your world. Using an integrative approach, I will work with you to discover the source of your pain and uncover your own wisdom/solutions. With compassion, I will open the space for you to discover the mind/body/spirit connection related to pain and health. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, chemical dependency, loss, relationship issues, parenting, work, or personal issues, my integrative therapy approach and guidance will assist you in eliminating your suffering and embracing inner peace.

My Integrative Therapy Approach
Personal growth is a life-long process, and having a supportive, compassionate guide is helpful to finding one's own gentleness/loving-kindness toward personal issues and challenges. My integrative therapy approach combines both traditional Western psychology and non-traditional Eastern Contemplative approaches, combining mind, body, and spirit for holistic solutions. With a background in traditional psychotherapies, yoga, and meditation, my goal is to assist you through your transformational journey from personal suffering to peace. My contemplative training allows me to connect with you at a deeper level and offer assistance to uncover, articulate, and release the source of pain. I will help you live mindfully and intentionally fully in the present to experience contentment and fulfillment.

Inner Peace Therapy & Yoga, LLC
I offer clients a safe place to explore, discover, connect, and expand themselves and their relationships. I invite individuals, couples, and families to develop more curiosity about themselves, others, and their worlds. Using loving-kindness, I work with people to bring unconscious information into awareness, facilitating deep and lasting changes. I am open and affirming to alternative lifestyles and love relationships and offer unconditional support throughout the change process.

About the Therapist
As a licensed marriage and family therapist, yoga instructor, and meditator, I personally understand the interdependent relationship between wellness and the body. My integrative therapeutic approach incorporates my knowledge across several disciplines with the latest research on integrative mind-body interventions. I continue to study the ancient healing practices of Buddism and Hinduism that influence health and well-being. Also, I blend information from Western/Eastern Psychotherapy models including depth psychology, Buddist psychology, and positive psychology and into my practice.
