My Approach to Helping
I use an approach to therapy that is gentle and at the same time solution focused. My belief is that the client is in charge of their own healing. My role in the work is to be a guide and bring my toolbelt of skills, expertise and Self to therapy. Psychotherapy requires a flexible approach which is tailored to each client's needs. My training is in Jungian Therapy which over the years has become experential and body centered therapy. I am a level 3 Internal Family Systems Therapist with certifacation in EMDR. Eventide Counseling Services is a unique practice made up of independent licensed therapists who use cutting edge methods of Individual, family and couples therapy. We make your needs our priority.
