What's My Approach to Therapy?
Accepting new clients both in person and virtually. I specialize in working with clients who have trauma and all of the symptoms that come with it. My goal is to provide you with a supportive, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can take root. For many years, I have struggled with chronic illness and pain. If you have found yourself feeling tired, alone, or wondering, "Does anyone understand what I am going through?", I can help.
I understand what it means to feel all of those things, and my aim is to help you process those feelings and emotions. I believe that everyone deserves a fair chance to grow into the person they want to be. To guide you through this journey, I draw from evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and the Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) model. My approach is strengths-based and individualized, empowering clients to build resilience, develop emotional regulation, and reconnect with their personal sense of identity and purpose.
Through compassionate collaboration, I strive to equip my clients with practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and the confidence to move forward in their lives. Whether you’re starting your healing journey or continuing it, I’m here to walk alongside you and support your goals.
