My goals for therapy are based on my passion for my work and my intent to help you to find inherent strengths and skills to help you increase self-awareness and to facilitate the process of helping you to help yourself through empathic collaboration and structured, supportive feedback. Often when facing problems we can become overwhelmed and solutions and clarity may feel obscure. Creating a caring safe atmosphere without judgment to facilitate positive changes, the emphasis is on personal value and worth. I'm committed to helping you to feel better and resolve your concerns.
