I view therapy as an opportunity to explore the parts of ourselves that get drowned out by fear and the background noise of day-to-day life. I've found, through the practice of simple mindfulness techniques, we can more fully enjoy life and learn to accept the uncomfortable events that are inevitable to the human condition.
