My approach is very holistic and intuitive, yet very realistic and practical. My goal is to help you identify the thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that contribute to your present state of emotional and/or physical pain and to help you change.Oftentimes people respond to challenges such as conflict in relationships, the loss of a loved one, chronic pain, or constant stress, with feelings of depression, anxiety, fear, and anger.
I have discovered that blending psychotherapy with modalities such as guided imagery, journal writing, and mind-body awareness creates a successful and efficient course of treatment. I have developed effective strategies that diminish anxiety and depression, reduce pain and improve sleep, help alleviate stress,and express and release grief.
