I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) practicing in the state of North Carolina. I have been licensed since 2016 and I provide clinical care to many individuals, couples, and families. I also include life coaching in my repertoire of skills that I can provide to you. Over my career, I’ve given care face-to-face but most recently transitioned to a completely teletherapy format. There have been numerous types of complaints I have engaged with clients in treatment, but my expertise includes relational struggles, anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, and communicativeboundary setting. My counseling style is warm, friendly, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Most of my clients describe me as patient and encouraging. I hope to learn about you and your life experiences so I can meet you where you are. When working with me, there is no stigmatization or negative labels.
