My Approach to Helping
Tori DiPinto is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 4 years of experience in the mental health field. In those years she has worked with eating disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, relationship issues, and the LGBTQA+ population. She is proficient in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Tori has completed a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She takes a feminist and culturally competent approach to therapy. In addition to CBT, DBT, and ACT, Tori also has experience with Motivational Interviewing, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Behavioral Activation. She is passionate about using an eclectic approach to meet each client's individual needs. There is more to a person than meets the eye. We are all navigating life with our own traumas and lived experiences. Tori is committed to helping clients find meaning in life and thrive despite those negative past experiences.
