Mayhem and Tranquility typically work with ages 8-30 and primarily work with eating disorders, LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent individuals, and those with trauma. We do IFS, art therapy, and some play therapy. We will use traditional talk therapy occasionally using solution focused, DBT and CBT. We do family therapy and parent coaching in addition.
We can help individuals from 8 to adult that have problems ranging from depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, Autism, ADHD, gender dysphoria, adjustment problems, communication difficulties, parenting difficulties, behavioral problems, or familial difficulties.
