Hello! My name is Tyne Amos and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. I have 6+ years of experience as a mental health therapist. I work with professional women in the process of healing from trauma, stress, and burnout. I walk alongside you to help you return home to yourself. Through a trauma informed lens, I work with you to return to the healed and whole version of yourself you were made to be. My specialties include working with clients on anxiety, depression, stress, professional concerns, trauma and PTSD, veteran specific issues, as well as sleep and psychosomatic concerns. I operate from a wholistic approach that treats your symptoms from a place of understanding a broader picture of your life and story.

Returning Home Counseling is a boutique private counseling practice designed specifically for women in need of a space to return home to themselves. It's a place where we can sit down and unpack some of your deepest concerns, resolve anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and trauma, and come to a place of healing and wholeness. It's a place for you to experience the safety you have been looking for and embrace the journey of more deeply understanding your story. Whether you know exactly what you need out of therapy or you keep experiencing roadblocks of an unknown source that are impacting your life, we can look at the whole picture of you and use that knowledge and a trauma informed lens to better understand your needs. After understanding your specific story, we can create a plan that will help you reach the goals you dream to accomplish.
