Welcome! I’m glad you’re here! I’m Tracie Schardein, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) helping clients throughout Kansas find hope, healing, and growth. I’m here to guide and support you on your unique journey of growth and wellness.

Whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief, infertility, stress, worry, relationships, boundaries, or life in general that has your thoughts tangled, your shoulders in knots, and your stomach in distress, you don’t have to figure this out on your own. I help clients calm the chaos, clarify their needs, and find solutions using a strengths-based approach.
I listen to fully understand, and I will hear you. I tailor my approach to what fits you and your unique circumstances, and together we will create a plan for positive growth and change. You'll gain new insights about thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and unhelpful patterns and develop new coping skills and strategies to use both now and in future challenges.

~ In addition to my Master's in Counseling, I also have Bachelor degrees in Elementary Education and
Communication Studies.
~ Previously, I enjoyed working as a school counselor with students (and their families caregivers) ranging in age from pre-school through high school seniors. Prior to that, I was a middle school teacher.
